Abstract

Because genetyping all the SNP sites cost too much,a spot of tag SNP can provide map information which is approximately the same as more than 15 million SNP sites. Therefore, how to select tag SNP seems to bevery important. This article mainly carries out the algorithm finding tag SNP from SNP based on Linkage Disequilibrium(LD).
