Cultivation of New Farmers in New Rural Areas

The construction of new socialist rural areas is an important task in establishing a harmony society,so it is required to pay more attention to the cultivation of new farmers.New farmers are the main force and rural labor with new consciousness,new quality and new fashions in constructing the new socialist rural areas.Therefore,it is to meet the requirement of the times to cultivate new farmers under present conditions.As a result,three measures should be takes: the policy should regard farmers with real civil treatment;quality education should be strengthened as for farmers;and systematic guarantees and stimulus measures should be established to cultivate new farmers in view of foreign experiences.
