The authors hold that the frequently occurring campus accidents indicate the serious defects of student management, inadequate organizational work, and lack of the security awareness on the part of students themselves, and therefore, a demarcation of responsibilities for campus accidents, in addition to the legal education of the students, is essential to ensure reduction of such accidents.
