Abstract
Innovation belongs to a realm of practice, so practice is the prerequisite of occurrence for innovation and innovation embodies the quintessence of practice. Practice innovation is the creation that has been realization and objectification. Both design and evolution result in innovation. Practice innovation may have many forms of objectification, such as the materialization as new products, institutionalized new relations and new conduct of subject. Innovation is closely integrated with mankind and society, so that the effects of practice innovation have duality. Mankind cannot induce innovation to be economical and perfect.lt is necessary to innovate the system of innovation.
