Abstract

Discussing rural poverty alleviation accords to the method of public policy,such as facts,feasibility,standard and value analysis method.First analysis rural poverty alleviation projects of Bijie;and then on the basis of the value of the project,study comprehensive value of poverty alleviation;last,through regulate and feasibility analysis,put forward the corresponding policy advice.
