Abstract

The late issue of the Method of Government Agency Documentation promulgated by State Council was formally enforced on January1 st ,2001.It had replenished and revised the issue in 1993 to meet the demand of times and minister the actual needs of documentation in work.It is imperative to make a comparison between the late issue and the early one,in the meanwhile,grasp the difference between them and find out the advanced merits for the sake of understanding and implementing it.
