Abstract

Cephalosporin C(CPC),β-lactam antibiotic and it's ratio in antibiotics is rising year by year.In this paper,cephalosporium acremonium Z107-8 being the starting strain,the fermentation process has been studied by natural breeding and UV-mutagenesis,and the results as follows.The paper recounts the progress and the market of is described cephalosporin C.
