Abstract
Taking the algae Chlorella HNC1(Chlorella sp.HNC1)and micro-algae HNN1(Nannochloropsis sp.HNN1)separated in Hainan as the research material, the effect of N and Fe3 + on the cell lipid accumulation was stu diced. The results show that: Lack of N can promote the cell lipid accumulation of the chlorella and micro-algae,but the growth was inhibited.Compared with the control, lack of Fe3+ in the medium inhibited the growth of Chlorella and oil ac cumulation;lack of Fe3+ inhibited the lipid accumulation of micro-algae,but had no effect on their growth,Rich Fe3+ can stimulate the lipid accumulation of chlorella, oil, but has no effect on the micro-algae;There was no significant differ ence for chlorella and micro algae in the condition of rich or mormal Fe3+.
