Abstract

Construction of cultural county is a new topic of economic and social development of county,nowadays,establishing the concept that culture is also productivity,improving the culture industrial policy,creating the cultural brand and changing cultural resources into cultural products,are the only way promoting great development and prosperity of cultural construction.
