Abstract

In order to establish a flexible,reliable and effective joint command control system,secure and reliable global information network and a high-quality intelligence network,an integrated electronic information system is being developed by US DoD.In this paper,development of US common information infrastructure is described;three units including Joint Command Control System,Global Information Grid and Joint Intelligence Surveillance System are discussed in detail.System characteristics,capabilities,targets,key technologies and realization methods are also analyzed.
