Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of serological test index in patients with hepatic fibrosis. Methods The clinical data of 162 patients with hepatic fibrosis from January 2009 to January 2011 in Xinyang Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The levels of prothrombin time(PT),activate part thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D) were detected. Results There were significant differences in the levels of PT,APTT,TT,FIB,D-D between the severe, moderate hepatic fibrosis group and normal group(P0.05 or P0.01),and there were significant differences in the levels of PT,TT,D-D between the mild hepatic fibrosis group and the normal group(P0.05).Conclusion The change of levels of PT,APTT,TT,FIB and D-D in patients with hepatic fibrosis, can be used to evaluate the disease and blood clotting function at different angles objectively and accurately, deserve clinical appcication.
