Abstract

The traditional demarcation between trade law and competition law has long vanished since the global trade volume increases greatly,considerable cross-boarder investments are made and multinational corporations gradually play an important role in international economical activities.Where international society has made multilateral regulations in trade legislations,it is of practical significance for us to analyze the regulation of competition policies and multinational agreements from the angle of trade policies,competition policies and the fact there is a trend to loosen control over domestic trade.
