Study on Frequency Synchronization Algorithm of OFDM System

Abstract

OFDM is a key technology in B3G and even in 4G system.The great advantage of OFDM is that it is robust against frequency selective fading and that it improves frequency utilizing rate simultaneously.At first the paper introduces the relationship between multi-carrier transmission and OFDM,as well as basic principle of OFDM system,and then synchronization techniques and carrier synchronization algorithms in OFDM systems are analyzed.At last the paper makes a detailed study of time-domain correlation algorithm based on training symbols.
