Abstract
Reverse osmosis is one of the most effective salt removing technologies and it is widely used in many fields. The 2×60 m~3/h reverse osmosis system was first put into execution in Qujing production area in 2005.The main problems of the system were that the quality of raw water did not match the system,the quality of feed water to reverse osmosis system was unqualified, reverse osmosis membrane was polluted heavily and the equipment serviceability decreased quickly.This made a bad effect on normal production in Qujing.The pretreatment device of reverse osmosis system was modified in Sep 2006 and the technical economical indices of reverse osmosis system have been improved significantly.
