Abstract

The reasons of poverty among the rural poverty groups at present mainly are the rural poor bodies,family statuses and their own abilities,the deficiencies of seeking jobs and the missing of re-employment opportunities,weak in rural infrastructures,poverty in funds,lack of social capital,the problems in the implementation of public policy and so on.
