Abstract
In the early period of the llth century, General Li Gongyun, the commander of palace hall of the former Lee Family dynasty, staged a coup d'etat and founded his own family dynasties. In the beginning period of Li's dynasty , in political respect, by imitating the system of civilian service of the Tang and the Song dynasty of China, he first established centralized feudal monarchy;in economy respect, he carried out state ownership of land, valued agriculture and supported commerce and formulated tax system by imperial decree; in foreign relation respect, he dispatched messengers to the emperor of the Song dynasty of China and asked the emperor to confer on him the title of the lord of Annan State. When his dynasty got strong, he pursued the policies as: northward,attacked China; southward, violated Zhancheng city; westward, plundered Ailao. Thus he sought hegemony to the south of Chian. At last, his dynasty was perished owing to the failure in his national strength and was replaced by Chen's dynasty.
