Abstract
In order to research the optimal ultrasonic wave extraction process of polyphenols in Cinnamanum camphoral, taking C. camphoral leaves as materials, effects of extraction time, ethanol concentration and ratio of material to liquid on concentration of extracted expolyphenols were researched, and ultrasonic wave extraction process was optimized. The results show that the maximum content polyphenols in C. camphoral is 40.794 mg/g under the obtained optimal ultrasonic wave extraction process, which are ultrasonic time of 25 minutes, ethanol concentration of 60% and materialliquid ratio of 1 ∶ 40.
