On RMB's Exchange Rate in the Context of New Institutional Economics

Abstract
RMB's exchange rate system has been changing,but mainly under the pressure compulsory governmental guide.Thus,the crux of the present problems of RMB's exchange rate is that there are defects in the present systems in China.Now the actual solution is not just to regulate RMB's exchange rate.Instead,work must be done in reforming the present system,apply to real market mechanism and finally implement floating exchange rate system with proper management.
