Abstract

Induction heating technology is an advanced heating technology,and it has a traditional heating method that does do not have the advantages,also gets a wide range of applications in the national economy and social life.Frequency heating technology and a variety of other physical heating technology does have a higher efficiency,but there are some obvious deficiencies.In modern industry,metal smelting,heat treatment,welding process,the induction heating is widely used.Induction heating is based on electromagnetic induction principle,the use of artifacts in the eddy heat generating for heating,which heat,high efficiency,speed and good controllability,is easy to achieve high temperature and local heating.As the power electronics technology continues to mature,induction heating technology has been developed rapidly.This paper designs 20KHzIGBT parallel induction heating power supply,Whose frequency can be achieved automatically,Whose circuit structure is simple,efficient energy-saving.
