Abstract
In this paper,a color trivalent chromium passivation solution for Zn coating was developed with the help of orthogonal test and the detailed parameters of the passivating technics were determined.The salt spray test,electrochemical test and metallographic measurements were performed on the coating surface.The results indicate that the obtained trivalent chromium passivation film is colorful,well-distributed and of excellent corrosion resistance.
