Abstract
Moral quality education for teenagers is the priority of moral construction of citizens in China.A detailed analysis of the present moral quality status of teenagers in the whole province,causes and counterpayt strategies adoped,and its consequent formulation of spcific measures facilitate the thorough and smooth implementation of Outling of Moral Construction for Citizens in Operationpromulgated by the central government.
