Abstract

Like other female writers,Anne chose the material of love and marriage.This paper,on the basis of analyzing its narration characteristics from three sides: the narration structure,the narration focalization and the narrative mode,explores the double themes of the novel: pursuit of moral perfectness and equal right of females to males.
