Clinical Observation of Fuming & Washing Therapy with Kubai Lotion Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Locally Closed Treatment for Anal Eczema

Objective This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbs fuming washing therapy with Kubai lotion(self-designed herbal formula)combined with triamcinolone acetonide locally closed treatment for anal eczema. Methods The 80 cases of this disease were ran-domized to treatment group and control group,40 cases for each. triamcinolone acetonide was locally given to control group,while fuming washing therapy with Kubai lotion to treatment group. Result One treatment course the curative rate was 45.0% in treatment group and 17.5% in control group. The total effective rate was 100% in treatment group and 82.5% in control group;treatment group was superior to control group in curative rate and total effective rate(P0.05). Conclusion It is concluded that fuming washing therapy with Kuai lotion combined with triamci-nolone acetonide locally closed treatment for anal eczema can obviously reduce symptoms.
