Effects of Paclobutrazol with Different Concentration on the Quality of Tobacco Seedlings

Abstract

Effects of paclobutrazol with different concentration(0,100,150,200 mg/kg) on growthing development of tobacco seedlings were studied.The results showed that when paclobutrazol concentration was 150 mg/kg,stem length,diameter,dry weight,the parameters of strengthening seedling and G of each plant were significantly different from the plants which have not been sprayed.It was clear that spraying paclobutrazol could assist the cultivation of tobacco seedlings.
