Abstract

In order to research the impact of different erosion depth to soil water capacity, through the determination of 48 experiment plots with field capacity, wilting moisture of different erosion degree of soil by pressure membrane method, the authors calculated the content of soil available water. The experimental results showed that the soil wilting humidity rose weakly with the increase of soil erosion depth, but the field capacity and soil available water content decreased gradually. The soil erosion depth was 70 cm,the field capacity decreased 7% and the available water decreased 11%.With erosion depth increasing, the content of soil organic matter decreased.Field capacity and soil available water were positively correlated with the content of soil organic matter, and negatively correlated with the soil bulk density.
