Abstract
The effects of seven pesticides on mycelium growth and spore production of Trchoderma harzianum were detected by the conventional method for measurement of fungal biomass. The results of laboratory toxicity experiments showed that all these seven pesticides had inhibitory action on mycelium growth and spore production of Trichoderma harzianum, the higher the concentration of the pesticides, the more obvious of the inhibitory action.Different pesticides had different virulence on Trichoderma harzianum.
