Abstract

Objective To observed clinical efficacy of moxibustion and Acupuncture blocking Tsusanli in treatment of abdominal distension after abdominal surgery.Methods Eighty-six patients of post abdominal surgery were divided randomly into treatment group and control group with 43 patients in each group,and observed the clinical efficacy.Results The effective rate in treatment group was 100% and control group was 90.7%,time of intestinal peristalsis recovery and anal exsufflation was significantly difference between treatment group and control group(P0.01).Conclusion Moxibustion and Acupuncture blocking Tsusanli in treatment of abdominal distension are effective and safety with cost-effective and free from side effects.
