Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical result grafting razor-thin graft onto the donor site of the split-skin.Methods Selected 43 patients therapied in our department during January,2004 to April,2007,who had full-skin defect at the function spots suffered from any kinds damage and needed to trantsplant split-skin.According to the different kind methods treating the donor site of the split-skin,we divided the patients into group A(trantsplanting razor-thin graft group,20 examples) and group B(conventional treatment group,23 examples). Then compared the healing time of the wound, whether infection and whether forming scar after healing. Results In group A,average healing time was(11.2±3.2)d,one wound infected, and all patients formed slight scar;in group B,average healing time was(21.5±6.4)d,five patients suffered from infection, and all patients formed significant scar.Comparing with two group's means healing time, there was significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion Grafting razor-thin graft onto the donor site of the split-skin can obviously accelerate the wound healing of the donor site of the split-skin and reducing scar formation.
