Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of peritoneal dialysis in acute kidney injury in patients with intracranial hemorrhage. Methods Eight patients with acute kidney injury and intracranial hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 8 patients,4 cases (50.0%) were cured,2 cases (25%) were treated with continuous peritoneal dialysis,1 cases (12.5%) were discharged from hospital and 1 case (12.5%) died.Compared with those before peritoneal dialysis, the levels of SCr,BUN and serum K+ decreased significantly, the level of CO2CP increased significantly (P 0.05).Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis has good effects in acute kidney injury in patients with intracranial hemorrhage, which should be suggested in clinical experience.
