Abstract

Objective To study lung disease application of the one-way-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy feasibility and safety analysis. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into the thoracoscope group( n = 63) and the thoracotomy group( n = 63).The thoracoscope group was given unidirectional fully thoracoscopic lobectomy, and the thoracotomy group was given traditional thoracotomy lobectomy. Results 126 patients were all successfully operated. The improvement of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pleural cited traffic, incision pain scores, postoperative hospital stay, and postoperative complications was more pronounced in the thoracoscope group than in the thoracotomy group( P 0.05).There was no significant difference on average surgery time and 1-year free survival rates( P 0.05).Conclusion unidirectional thoracoscopic lobectomy is a safe and effective and easy to operate, easy to clinical practice.
