Abstract
Objective To observe the PCEA analgesia combined radiofrequency treatment of postherpetic neuralgia results. Methods 74 patients underwent spinal puncture indwelling epidural analgesia PCEA pump,in the DSA fluoroscopy guided down the corresponding spinal nerve root foraminal puncture pulsed radiofrequency treatment. Results 80% of the patients with pain of moderate or severe relieved and achieved the clinical cure without affecting the life and work.No serious complication happens in the process of treatment and after treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of PCEA analgesia combined pulsed radiofrequency treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is positive, safe and reliable.
