A Review on the Form of Government of China Before Qin Dynasty From the Angle of Greek City state

Republicaism and Monarchy are basic forms of government.The form of ancient Greece was part of Repulicanism,which was either Noble Republicanism as Sparta,or democratic Republicanism as Athens.But before Qin Dynasty,the Chinese governmental form belonged to the realm of Monarchy,that is Fenchuan Monarchy.It means that the subjects relatively shared the power of the monarchy and local authorities.This kind of power division only refers to the fact or factors of dividing power in a certain scope.If does not stand for the principle or system of balancing power division.In terms of goverment,there wasnt the system of city state in China.
