Abstract
Bureaucracy is the derivation of feudal despotism, it is a long and complex historical phenomenon. Since the day of its founding,Mao Zedong paid special attention to the anti-bureaucracy. During the entire historical period of new democratic revolution and the renovation and construction of socialist, Mao Zedong's theory of anti-bureaucracy has been enriched, deepened and developed, and formed distinct characteristics.
