Practice teaching patterns have been widespread attention. What conditions need to establish long-term cooperation mechanism? What is the crux of the current model run sluggish? This paper will analyze these two aspects,Capacity building,school and enterprise win,efficient integration model has been proposed on the basis of professional practice in property management.
