Abstract
Objective:To explore the anomalous expression of HDAC1 and the relationship between the infection of HPV16 and cervical cancer. Methods:110 cases of chronic cervititics,CIN and SCC of the cervix uteri were included in this study. The expressions of HDAC1 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry staining as well as HPV16 DNA detected by PCR. Results:The detection rate of HPV16 DNA was 10.0%,36.4%,50.0%,66.7%,75.0% in chronic cervititics,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CIN Ⅲ and cervical cancer respectively. The differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The positive expression rate of HDAC1 was 0,27.3%,41.7%,54.2% and 70.0% in chronic cervititics,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CIN Ⅲ and cervical cancer, respectively. The differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The positive expression of HDAC1 in the negative expression of HPV16 was significantly lower than the positive expression of HPV16(P0.05). Conclusion:The infection of HPV16 plays an important role in the carcinongenesis of SCC,which may be through the way to raise Histone deacetyltransferase level to inhibit the transcriotion.
