Abstract
Objective Confirm the microarray hybridization results and examine the expression of SLP-76 gene in digestive tract cancers and adjacent normal mucosa.MethodsAccording to analysis results of microarray, distinctly differential ly expressed SLP-76 gene was screening out. RT-PCR was applied to check the expression o f SLP-76 in digestive tract cancers and adjacent normal mucosa. ResultsBy RT-PCR examination ,we found that SLP-76 gene over expression in cancer of the digestive tract. ConclusionsDifferent expression of SLP-76 gene in cancer of the digestive tract is found, SLP-76 gene have closely relation with grown in the cancer of digestive tract. It is apossibly potential oncology gene in the cancer of digestive tract. This differential expressio n appeared no tissue specificity with statistical analysis (P=0.9684).
