Study on Isolation Purification and Identification of Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria and Its Biological Characteristics

Abstract

[Objective]The aim was to lay the foundation for the study on the phosphate-solubilizing mechanism of the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria.[Method] Applying 2 different mediums of organic phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus,the organic phosphate bacteria and inorganic phosphate bacteria were isolated,purified and identified to obtain the phosphate-solubilizing strains and their biological characteristics were studied.[Result] 4 strains with strong phosphate-solubilizing ability were isolated and identified from 4 kinds of bacterial fertilizers and the phosphate-solubilizing ability of the 4 kinds of bacterial fertilizers were compared from the source.The result showed that the phosphate-solubilizing ability of the strain isolated from the bacterial fertilizer Feitiansheng was strongest,followed by that isolated from the bacterial fertilizer Kenyi.4 strains had obvious transparent circle in the medium with lower proportion of phosphate,while their phosphate-solubilizing ability were restricted in the medium with higher proportion of phosphate and had no transparent circle.The strain was isolated from the organic phosphate medium,also had transparent circle in the inorganic medium.[Conclusion] The phosphate-solubilizing mechanism of organic phosphate bacteria was anastomosed with that of the inorganic phosphate bacteria in some aspects.
