Study on the bearing capacity of urban economy and its calculation method:taking Shenyang City for example

This essay briefly defines the urban economic carrying capacity as the size of population that a city’s economic development level can afford,which is based on different time scales and under the condition of sustainable economic and social development.It also provides a detailed analysis to the measurement of urban economic carrying capacity,which includes the population-economic carrying capacity model,working population carrying capacity model and national wealth estimation method,etc.The urban economic carrying capacity of Shenyang is measured on this basis.
