Abstract

A review on the progress of application of molecular imprinting technique to solid phase extraction(SPE) during the years from 2000 to 2010 was presented,relating mainly on topics of the principles of molecular imprinting technique and solid phase extraction,preparation of molecular imprinting(MI) polymer,and the two operational modes of MI-SPE,as well as the application of MI-SPE to analysis of environmental samples,food and biological drugs.
