An analysis of administrative region economy theory and its application

Abstract
It was Professor Liu-Junde who finds the phenomena of administrative regional economy in China in the early 1990's.From then on more and more scholars use this theory analyzing regional economic development.And the phenomenon of administrative regional economy emergences widely in lots of fields.The article investigates thoroughly in this phenomenon and points out the two sides of its motives.At the end of this paper the author drew a conclusion that with the development of the modernization in the social transformation the administrative region economic will still existing but motives of reverse side will weaken and its positive affections will arise.
