Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)on the biological activity of osteoblast of healthy people in vitro. Methods The osteoblast was stimulated with BMP at the concentrations of 0.02,0.1,1μg/ml respectively, and the effects of BMP at different concentrations were detected by MTT.The osteoblast was stimulated with BMP at the concentration of 0.1 μg/ml,and the levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and bone gla protein(BGP)of osteoblast were measured. Results BMP could promote osteoblast to synthesize more ALP and BGP.Conclusion BMP can increase the activity of osteoblast, which is concentration-dependent.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
