Abstract
Objective To explore the transfer style of AmpC β-lactamases DHA-1 between 2 clinical isolates of Enterobacter cloacae by determining their gene position in integron or plasmid. Methods Dot blot of chromatosome and plasmid DNA were performed in 2 Enterobacter cloacaes. The integron region was sequenced. Results The dot blot positive was observed in plasmid DNA and there were no DHA-1 in chromatosome or integron of both Enterobacter cloacaes. Conclusions These data indicated that both Enterobacter cloacaes AmpC β-lactamases DHA-1 are located in plasmid and are resulted to transfer by plasmid.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
