Abstract
The present study of the Chinese ancient literary theory is seemingly popular. It seems to make the transition and substitution of the Chinese ancient literary theory naturally with the plural study and culture involvement;however, the shift of the focus from the literary theory to the culture the study has embodied the impetuous attitude of the scholars. The introduction of the culture study into the literary theory study promotes the study to a broader field, the origin, from the essence;but, the study of the Chinese ancient literary theory is not unidirectional,we should pursue the double construction of knowledge and meaning in terms of the study of the Chinese ancient literary theory in order to access to the dual ways of the essence and the origin.
