Abstract

The effects of three kinds of herbicides on Scenedesmus obliquus were studied. The results show when the concentration is high, [Argold(Cinmethylin)],[Goal(Oxgfluorfen)],[Dowco453 (Haloxyfop)] can all prevent Scenedesmus obliquus from growth well. The Median Effective Concentrations are 18.4 mg/L,0.0005 mg/L, 5.37 mg/L respectively. Our experiments indicate that the three kinds of herbicides have adverse effects on the balance of aquatic ecological system.
