Abstract

Teaching supervision is an important part of the teaching quality monitoring system,it also improves the quality of teaching and the talent cultivation.This essay is based on the working practice of Xinjiang vocational university to analyze the connotation and function of the teaching supervision,and to enhance the effectiveness of the work.
