Abstract
[Objective]The study aimed to determine soil labile carbon and its factors from different types of soil of Wuyi Mountain. [Method] Yellowish red soil, yellow soil and meadow soil were collected, and MBC and DOC were measured. [Result]The results showed that the most active fraction of soil carbon was MBC,which was greatly influenced by the environmental factors, there was an increase trend in MBC with elevation, and MBC contents were 0. 52,0. 50,0. 65,0. 94,1. 25 g/kg,respectively. However,DOC did not change significantly with environmental factors. The corresponding values were 0. 22,0. 23,0. 33,0. 23,0. 25 g/kg,respectively. [Conclusion]Microbial biomass carbon could be used as the sensitive index indicating soil organic carbon change.
