Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of the mixed linear model in the repeated measures data of clinical trials.Methods:The repeated measure data were analyzed with quantitative data by mixed linear Model and conclusions were drawn according to the parameter and standard error.Results:The method could effciently consider the intra-class correlation,advisably deal with the mising value,correctly obtain the estimate and standard error.Condusion:It can get more objective result of medicine effect by using Mixed linear Model in the repeated measures data of clinical trials.
