Objective Matteo Ricci was Italian Jesuit missionary.When preaching Catholicism into China,he complied with Chinese customs,researched Confucianism,made the literati around,whose cultural accommodation strategy was called Ricci Rules.He saw and heard more than 20 years in China,wrote into the notes:China in the sixteenth century: The Journals of Mathew Ricci.He pointed out Chinese medicine is simple,effective and unique.A Treatise on Mnemonics,which was entitled by the Matteo Ricci in 1595,was the first book illustrates about physiology of memory by western way in Chinese.As for traditional Chinese medical theory Heart Mind,he advocated Brain Memory,which bring about a significant impact.
