Ethnic Food Culture and Tourism Development in Guangxi

Food plays an important role in tourism activities.Guangxi,the province with the most minority population in China,has rich ethnic food culture tourism resources,so it is of great value to develop ethnic food culture and tourism interactively.Revealing the characteristics of Guangxi ethnic food culture,the paper gave some suggestions on how to give a further research,foster the talented persons,combine ethnic food culture and tourism industry,develop medical healthy ethnic food products,build up the brand of ethnic food culture in Guangxi,etc.
