The Economic Development in Guizhou Must Follow the New Path of Industrialization

One of the main tasks for the economic development in China is to realize industrialization in the first twenty years of the 21st century. Industrialization is an important feature to symbolize the economic boom in one country or region. In view of how to implement industrialization under the realistic background in Guizhou (that its total output is small, the average income per person is low, and the industry foundation is very weak), the present paper raises the question of how to realize the economic development in Guizhou. In addition, it points out that to speed up industrialization with a new approach is not only the central focus on but also the guarantee for the sustainable development in economy in Guizhou.
